Basic Handgun Safety Course

The course covers SAFETY, function, care and cleaning, sight alignment, trigger control, grip and other information on how to shoot a handgun safely and accurately. Classroom instruction is conducted in the clubhouse at Harrisburg Hunters' & Anglers' Association with the range session being conducted in the indoor pistol range. All of the instructors are NRA Certified.

The course costs $75.00, which is payable at the door via cash or check only. The course is open to the public. NO NEED TO OWN A HANDGUN.

Registration starts at 7:45 A.M.

Class starts at 8:00 A.M. and lasts until approximately 1:00 P.M.

These are separate classes. You only attend one class.

March 8 - registrations are February 6 through February 28
April 12 - registrations are March 10 through April 3
October 11 - registrations are September 12 through October 4
