Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Where can I find contacts at the club?

The website is arranged by the various activities the club offers. Contact information for each activity at the club can be found on the activity or discipline specific pages on this website.

When are the general membership meetings?
Our general membership meetings are the first Tuesday of the month, at 7:00 p.m., in the clubhouse. Exceptions will be noted in the newsletter, by email, on our Facebook page, or on the homepage of this website.

What is the club’s guest policy?
The Board of Directors established a guest policy, effective January 1, 2004. The policy is:

  • Any member in good standing may purchase a one-day guest pass for ten dollars ($10.00)

  • The guest pass must be purchased at locations noted in the newsletter or from a board member

  • This pass will allow the member to bring a guest to the club regardless of where that person lives

  • The member is responsible for their guest at all times, and must not leave the guest unsupervised

This policy has been in effect as of January 1st, 2004. An annual guest pass option is still available on your membership renewal form.

PLAN AHEAD TO GET A GUEST PASS. DO NOT COME TO THE CLUB WITH A GUEST AND ASSUME YOU CAN GET ONE THAT DAY. IF YOU CAN NOT OBTAIN A GUEST PASS, YOUR GUEST IS NOT PERMITTED TO SHOOT ON CLUB RANGES OR FISH IN THE POND.

Does the club have handicapped parking at the ranges?
Yes. Individuals with a mobility-limiting disability can contact the club (on the Contacts page) to obtain an orange parking permit for the Black Powder, Bullseye Pistol, PPC, and Rifle ranges.

What are the range rules?

All ranges have clearly posted and specific rules. Please familiarize yourself with all posted rules prior to entering or use of any range.
